Carolina and Billy took a tour in order to get to Explora 5 star hotel, located in best spot in Torres del Paine National Park. Punta Arenas to hotel transfer is done in nice and big VAN which belongs to Explora. This hotel is expensive, but you must consider they offer and "all inclusive" rate, even with personalized and private tours
