Long Term Apartments & Aparthotels in Santiago
We may look for the ideal furnished and completely decorated apartment or house, you need when you come to stay and live in Santiago, Chile. We consider long term stay when you rent for at least 6 months. Long term rental are obviously much cheaper than hotels and aparthotels, but you in the other hand you do not have the services related to aparthotels and furnished apartments. In long term rental you pay for the rental at the begining of each month plus all the expenses related to the use of the peoperty (gas, water, electricity, building expenses, phone bill, cable tv, etc) Also there is no cleaning service (we may help you find a daily or monthly maid) and a month payment must be left (paid) as a guarantee, which is returned at the end of the rental if the apartment or house is in the same condition as it was at the begining od the rental.
